Monday Monday .....la da

Some of you who have been asking about the address change....well....I actually was going to delete my blog completely until my husband convinced me that wasn't a good idea....it was he who suggested getting a new address. To answer your question I will ask a question....why would anyone change their address? Is it because they just want a new name? Someone stole your name? Or is it because people you don't want to read it have access to it? Are you looking for anonymity? Your answer to any of those is most probably the same as mine. But it is done now and I am glad you have found me. I am still Smalltown RN at a Place I Call home......so with that being said.....

My eldest and youngest daughters were here this weekend. Oh did we have fun. Saturday after picking eldest daughter up at the ferry we went shopping.....then came home and baked some cookies.... chewy double chocolate chip with white chocolate cookies....oh my god were they good...we made 4 dozen and they are almost all gone. Isn't chocolate chip cookies a breakfast item? Anyhow, after baking and lazing for a bit, we went and rented movies. Saturday night....cookies and movies.....life is good.

Sunday comes and the sun decides to shine. Husband has been working hard to make sure the quads are up and running. They are, so we decide to venture out...all of us....Yahoo! We head off down the road to this trail. We get to the head of the trail and find this...it's more than a puddle...miny lake....anyhow we have to go through it to get further onto the trail.....we do...I am driving and youngest daughter is with me......the water comes up almost to the top of the wheel wells.....it was a blast....we got soaked.....then we came to this part of the trail that the rain had washed more of the trail away. Below are pictures....last year....my eldest daughter and her boyfriend ended up going off the side of this trail but it wasn't as bad as it is this year.....she was a little frightened....but it was all good.

Youngest daughter is looking over suggesting I let husband drive the quad over....I think we could have done it...but I let him take over that part.

Sunday evening was spent chillin again....watching more movies....and studying with youngest daughter....she is studying for a science test.....the heart, respiratory and ciculatory system....I think I can handle this one.

We were up early to get the girls to the ferry, they are gone now....I am sad.....but they just called and made it home safe and sound......
