Gorgeous. I don't know if this was taken in summer or fall but I just noticed that my thinking had me saying "the water looks so cold". Amazing, just because it is December we think the beach looks cold. Here in Virginia Beach it is almost 65 today, so there will be no snow for Christmas. In fact most Christmas Days are green.
Also, I wanted to thank you for all your kid words you left for me. Yes, I've only been blogging since Nov. Read my first blog in Oct. and was hooked!!! LOL I can't take any credit for the background or 3 columns, though, those are all standard options with typepad. Which I highly recomend!! For $4.95 you get sooooo many options for layouts & color schemes. Personally, I have the $8.95 which allows access to the HTML (I know blogger allows that for free but everything is so much easier with typepad). Which is why I want to learn more this year and make it more personal. Well, take care & hope that helps. *Sorry, it's so long.* :)
I love the island, I spent many a long week-end driving up and down the old island highway taking pictures of the breathtaking scenery! I'm very glad my mother-in-law has moved back to Parksville so I have more excuses to visit!
