That is a piece of stone he carved and polished for me in the shape of a heart. I thought is was pretty cool I use it as a paper weight. I keep it on my desk. I asked him where he got the stone from and he said just around. He said he liked the colouring and thought is would be a good one to carve and polish. For those of you that don't know what he does. He works with granite. Makes all kinds of things.....the heart is sitting on our dining room table which is granite which my hubby made....I think he is pretty talented guy. Anyhow....just wanted to share that.....cheers all....have a great day!

That is such a pretty gift - not just in the sentiment expressed but also so pretty as far as the stone and carving of it goes as well. Gotta say like most everyone else here - he sure does sound like a "keeper" to me too!
