Thought for the day......
"Do you ever wonder about those people who spend $2.00 a piece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backwards."
With that being said let me share with you a photo of one of my favourite watering holes....all the mountain fresh water you could ever possibly want......Have a great day all!!
Your right and I have read that a lot of that bottled water comes right out of a tap. There was, maybe still is, a water bottling outfit up island just past Nile Creek in Qualicum Bay.
We do have our share of great water, don't we, even in this very dry month. Powell Lake is starting to go down, but that is mostly from the dam at the mill making electricity for their machines. Damn dam as we say. Hope you are having a great summer. We've been at the cabin most of the time, haven't even taken a quad ride. Saving that for cooler weather. - Margy

Berni you are right there is a water bottling place not far from me at all...it's actually near Rosewall Creek....
That's a beautiful spot to get your water. There is nothing like fresh water straight from the source.
$2 !!
that's a bargain, they're more than that here

I never thought of reading it 'backwards'!!!
I love areas such as these... we have many of them around the Rocky Mountains.
Hope all is well.
